Stainless steel also rusts, many people do not understand, but this is a common phenomenon. We believe that there are two main reasons: 70% of them are due to the processing and manufacturing side. During the processing, due to the pollution of iron and copper materials, the argon gas during welding is not well maintained and oxidized. In addition, excessive damage to the surface of the anti-oxidation layer of the stainless steel during processing may cause pollution to the stainless steel, resulting in rust; there are also some reasons that the first type of equipment does not take into account the technical requirements, such as the use of sulfurous acid in the wine industry, and sulfur dioxide sealing. Among them, sulfur is relatively corrosive to stainless steel, and 316L anti-corrosion stainless steel plate is mostly used in the top or upper cylinder section in the industry.
For this situation, there are three solutions: First, maintain the surface of the stainless steel plate during processing so that it will not be affected. You can gather several blending tanks and do anti-corrosion treatment at the bottom. For the processing party, the welding raw materials should be higher than the base metal; the second is sufficient argon protection; the third is film protection, and stainless steel tools, wooden hammers, rubber, carpets, wood boards and other equipment are used to touch the surface of the stainless steel plate during processing to avoid contact with iron. , copper things touch.
