The specification parameters of 904L stainless steel pipe are as follows: diameter range of 6mm-630mm, wall thickness range of 0.5mm-30mm, length range of 1m-12m, and tolerance range of ±0.3mm-±0.5mm.

The production process of 904L stainless steel pipe includes melting, smelting, hot rolling, hot extrusion, cold drawing, and heat treatment. During the production process, strict inspection and control are implemented to ensure the excellent quality of 904L stainless steel pipes.

904L stainless steel pipe can be used in various industries, such as petroleum, chemical, machinery, aerospace, medical equipment, and other fields. It is widely used in the manufacture of heat exchangers, pressure vessels, boiler tubes, condensers, and pipelines.

The technical parameters of 904L stainless steel pipe include tensile strength of 520MPa, yield strength of 220MPa, elongation of 35%, and hardness of HRC 90 or less. The use of 904L stainless steel pipe should pay attention to its corrosion resistance, and it should not be in contact with halogen. The recommended temperature range for use is -196℃ to 300℃.
