Overview
Super Duplex Stainless Steel Tube is a stainless steel with both austenitic and ferritic phases at room temperature. It combines the good toughness and weldability of austenitic stainless steels with the chloride ion corrosion resistance of ferritic stainless steels, resulting in superior performance. Our tubes are cold rolled and cold drawn and are available in a wide range of wall thicknesses, diameters and lengths. super Duplex Stainless Steel Tube is used in oil refining, fertiliser, paper, petroleum and chemical industries.
Advantages
Super Duplex Stainless Steel Tube has a high degree of plasticity and toughness and is not brittle at room temperature. In addition, the resistance to intergranular corrosion and welding properties are significantly improved. At the same time also maintain the ferrite stainless steel 475 ℃ brittleness and high thermal conductivity, with superplasticity and other characteristics. Compared with austenitic stainless steel, it has high strength and resistance to intergranular corrosion and chloride stress corrosion has been significantly improved. It also has excellent resistance to pore corrosion.
