EN 10216 1.4510 Seamless Pipe is a stainless steel pipe containing ferrite and austenite. Its appearance is not much different from ordinary pipe, but its performance is far superior to other materials. It has a high strength and fatigue strength, with a yield strength twice that of austenitic stainless steel type 18-8. It also has good weldability, low thermal cracking tendency and generally requires no preheating before welding and no heat treatment after welding. Our EN10216 1.4510 Seamless Pipe is made by a special process, it has a seamless outer and inner wall to ensure a good gas seal. It is available in a wide range of sizes, so you can pick and choose according to your needs.

The duplex microstructure of EN10216 1.4510 Seamless Pipe helps to improve the resistance of stainless steel to stress corrosion cracking. Its high chromium and molybdenum content makes it extremely resistant to uniform corrosion by organic acids such as formic and acetic acid. It also has excellent resistance to inorganic acids, especially to those containing chlorides. In most material forms it will have a pitting resistance equivalent of over 40.
