Stainless steel is now inseparable from our lives, ranging from industrial production to pots and pans. Now I will introduce the processing points of a color stainless steel.

1. If you want to cut and bend the color stainless steel plate, such as skirting, door frame hemming, etc., then when purchasing color stainless steel plates, please communicate with the manufacturer, and be sure to paste 6C or more Protective film to avoid scratches on the board surface during cutting, grooving, and bending.

2. After the color stainless steel is welded, the area around the welding will also fade. We should avoid welding as much as possible. If it can be fixed with screws, use screws as much as possible. If welding is necessary, try to weld on the back, dark places, etc. Spot welding should be used for welding. If it is necessary to solder on the front or in a conspicuous place, the solder joints should be small, and do not polish first after soldering. After soldering, if the color is close, use oil paint to cover up. If the workpiece is relatively small and the requirements of Party A are good, it can be welded and polished with natural stainless steel before coloring.

3. After construction, the retaining film should be torn off as soon as possible to avoid degumming. If there is slight degumming, wipe it with alcohol or acetone. If the degumming is serious, you can also use thinner.
