1. Production method:
Stainless steel welded pipes are divided into two categories: seamless pipes and welded pipes according to production methods. Seamless steel pipes can be divided into hot-rolled pipes, cold-rolled pipes, cold-drawn pipes, extruded pipes, etc. Cold drawing and cold rolling are secondary processing of steel pipes. Processing; Welded pipes are divided into straight seam welded pipes and spiral welded pipes.

2. Cross-sectional shape:
Stainless steel welded pipes can be divided into round pipes and special-shaped pipes according to their cross-sectional shapes. Special-shaped tubes include rectangular tubes, rhombus tubes, oval tubes, hexagonal tubes, octagonal tubes and various asymmetric cross-section tubes. Special-shaped pipes are widely used in various structural parts, tools, and mechanical parts. Compared with round pipes, special-shaped pipes generally have larger moment of inertia and section modulus, and have greater bending resistance.

3. Longitudinal cross-sectional shape:
Torsional resistance can significantly reduce the weight of the structure and save steel. According to the longitudinal section shape, it can be divided into equal-section pipes and variable-section pipes. Variable cross-section tubes include tapered tubes, stepped tubes, and periodic cross-section tubes.

4. Pipe end shape:
Stainless steel welded pipes can be divided into plain pipes and threaded pipes (threaded steel pipes) according to the pipe end condition. Threaded pipes can be divided into ordinary threaded pipes (pipes for low-pressure transportation of water, gas, etc. connected with ordinary cylindrical or conical pipe threads) and special threaded pipes (pipes for petroleum and geological drilling. For important threaded pipes, special threaded connections are used) , for some special pipes, in order to compensate for the influence of threads on the strength of the pipe end, the pipe end is usually thickened (internal thickening, external thickening or internal and external thickening) before tapping.

5. Usage: Stainless steel pipes for industrial pipelines, stainless steel pipes for mechanical structures, and stainless steel pipes for architectural decoration;

6. Surface treatment: original surface, matte surface, blunt surface, coarse sand, fine sand, rough surface, etc.
