The phenomenon of stainless steel pipe and steel enterprises' maintenance and production reduction has gradually increased, and the market launch has decreased compared with the previous period, and the billet has been supported to a certain extent. At present, the number of billet traders in the market is gradually decreasing, and billet companies can only choose to directly connect with downstream users. However, downstream billet rolling mills have gradually stopped production and reduced production due to more losses and less profits, and the willingness of downstream to stock up is low. With the continuous decline in scrap prices, many merchants have left the market ahead of schedule. At the same time, the phenomenon of cold-drawn rail steel manufacturers' suspension of production has gradually increased. Transactions in various regions are thin, and steel companies are determined to keep prices down. Short-term scrap weakness is difficult to change. When scrap steel should rise, it did not rise but fell sharply. This has made many merchants unable to understand the market. Many steel mills have delisted earlier than in previous years. Under the continued downturn, traders are both weak in willingness to ship and receive goods. The alloy tube market will generally be closed early. At present, the steel market is sluggish and the material has fallen without a bottom. The billet is still sticking to the 2000 price. Steel mills may have some support for short-term production cuts and repairs, but it is by no means a long-term solution. The Chinese New Year is late this year, and the opening of the market will be delayed after the new year. Downstream demand cannot improve in a short time, and iron ore is difficult to rebound in the first quarter. It may still fall again after the mature year, and the factory's meager profit margin will continue. Squeeze, scrap steel will rebound in March, and it is expected that manufacturers will wait and see more in the coming year, and the recovery of the market may be delayed.
