Introduction:
Cylinder pipe is a kind of high-precision steel pipe,which can be seamless and welded types. It produced by cold drawing or rolling. It requests no oxide layer on the inner and outer walls of pipe, and no leakage with high pressure usage, high precision,no deformation in cold bending, flaring, flattening and no cracks. It is mainly used to produce products of pneumatic or hydraulic components, such as air cylinder or oil cylinder, which can be seamless pipe and welded tubes.
Advantages:
1. Improve the surface roughness, and the roughness can basically reach RA ≤ 0.08 & micro; M or so.
2. Correct roundness and ovality ≤ 0.01mm.
3. Improve the surface hardness, eliminate the stress deformation, and increase the hardness by HV≥4°
4. After processing, there is a residual stress layer, and the fatigue strength is increased by 30%.
5. Improve the fitting quality, reduce wear and prolong the service life of parts, but the processing cost of parts is reduced.
